One price per location. Everyone in the shop is on it.
Wrenchy is opening to shops by invitation. These are the prices a shop pays when it's invited in: one price per location, with no charge per user. Pick Core or Plus, pay monthly or by the year, and the allowances, the overages and the terms are all on this page.

How Wrenchy charges
The number on a shop-software quote is rarely the whole price. These are the terms behind ours.
What the other vendors publish about fees, contracts and trials is quoted and dated on the pricing comparison.
No charge per user
One price per location. Every advisor, technician and owner gets a login, because a charge per user is a reason to share one.
No setup fee, and your data moved over
Moving your customers, vehicles and history from your current software is part of the price. Day zero is the import and the onboarding interview, so the first screen you see is your own shop.
Month to month, cancel in-app
No notice period. Cancel any time from your settings; the account goes read-only rather than dark, and you can export everything.
Annual: 10% off, price locked
Pay the year up front for 10% off, with the price locked for the term. A price change on a monthly plan comes with 60 days' notice, at most once a year.
$50 off when you process with Wrenchy
A location that runs $20,000 or more through Wrenchy payments in a month pays $50 less for that month. Card readers are sold at cost.
A seasonal pause
A powersports, marine or tire shop can pause for $49 a month. Your data, the customer portal, payments and texting stay live; the drafter and the automation wait until you resume with one click.

Is there a contract?
Month to month by default, with no notice period to cancel. An annual term is optional: 10% off, paid up front, with the price locked for the year. On a monthly plan a price change comes with 60 days' notice and never more than once a year.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
You cancel in-app, any time, with one click. The account goes read-only rather than dark: you can still open every order, document and customer record, and you can export all of it. Nothing is held hostage for a renewal.
What do the first 14 days look like?
An invited shop puts a card on file and nothing is charged before day 14. Day zero is the import and the onboarding interview, so the drafter works on your own customers, vehicles and jobs from the first order. Cancel in-app before day 14 and nothing is charged.
Does the price depend on how many people use it?
No. The price is per location, and everyone in the shop gets a login. The technician app is part of both plans at no charge per technician.
What does card processing cost?
Processing is charged per transaction at the rate on your agreement, separately from the plan, and the customer sees any fee on the pay page before the pay button. A location that runs $20,000 or more through Wrenchy in a month pays $50 less for that month. Financing is the shop's choice per provider, with the merchant fee shown at enrollment.
What happens past the included use?
Core includes 1,000 AI actions and 1,000 text segments a month; Plus includes 3,000 and 3,000, pooled across your locations. Texting past the allowance is $0.02 a segment. AI past the allowance is off by default: the rules keep answering until the next period, or the owner turns metered use on at $0.04 an action under a dollar cap they set, or buys 250 actions for $10.
What about more than one location?
Each additional location is $79 a month on either plan. The price book is shared with overrides per location, reports roll up across the group, the AI allowance is pooled so a quiet location carries a busy one, and a group gets a named support contact.
What support comes with it?
Core: email and in-app, answered by the next business day. Plus: priority support by phone. Onboarding and the import are part of both.
Is there a cheaper plan for a shop that closes for the season?
Yes. The seasonal pause is $49 a month: your data, the customer portal, payments and texting stay live, the drafter and the automation wait, and you resume with one click.
Can I see what other shop software charges?
Yes. The pricing comparison quotes each vendor's own page on plans, fees, contracts and trials, with the day we read it.
